The eMCI objectives are to Promote, Protect and Expand the alternative PTW sector for the benefit of members.

Our mission is to be a credible, powerful single voice for the alternative powered two wheeler sector:

• Bringing together the UK e-PTW industry and interests
• Providing a single voice and point of contact for Government
• Presenting/lobbying the case for supportive Government policies
• Integrating with the ePTW sector within wider Government transport objectives as a supportive partner
• Playing a lead voice on regulatory and technical frameworks with UK/European partners (EU regulation) and others
• Properly defining ePTW licensing categories under EC/UK law as the product evolves
